Booking and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by Greg Cee Photo.
• Deposits may be required for certain projects.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and scheduling commitments.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery of Images and Videos

• Delivery timelines will vary based on project scope.
• Final edited content will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Greg Cee Photo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use delivered materials for their intended personal or business purposes.

Clients may not:

• Resell content without permission
• Claim ownership of our work
• Alter copyrighted materials in a way that misrepresents our work

Portfolio and Marketing Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Greg Cee Photo reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, advertisements, marketing materials, and website galleries.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Obtain necessary permissions for locations and subjects
• Ensure access to the property or venue at the scheduled time

Limitation of Liability

Greg Cee Photo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
